We've been working hard on Brayden's walking skills. The PT dropped of "walking wings" this week, and Brayden really seems to like them. It makes him feel safe but independent at the same time. The only problem is that when he's wearing the wings, he leans forward and runs instead of walks, so most of the time he is out of control!!!
So what if I look like a puppet -- I like this!!!!
Brayden has been doing a lot more free standing, and he is getting more and more confident -- here you can see him free standing and playing with his zebra.
Oh, zebra, play another tune for us . . .
And for now, Brayden has found a new way of getting around -- he walks on his knees all the time. DH and I call this "crawalking" ;)

Oh, that video is priceless! You'd never know he had major surgery just one month ago. What a guy!
Btw, the room behind Brayden in his "wings" looks like a section at Toys R Us .... look at all the toys!!! Just kidding, however, my kids would be very jealous if they saw that, lol!

I just can't believe it's just been a month since his surgery. He is looking AMAZING. One day, he'll be running around, and you'll look back at the wings and sigh...:)

You might want to hang onto those wings. Once he starts walking/running, it might be the only way to hang onto him! He gets cuter every day!!!
Those wings could come in handy out for me - Evan hates the stroller or cart now but runs if we let him walk! Brayden looks great and mighty handsome in those jeans.
