This morning we struggled to stay out of the 80s, but ever since Emma and GG got here he has been doing great!!! We're sitting at 97 right now, and he is taking a good nap. He has had 32 oz of soy milk since last night, and about 8 oz of juice. The bad news is that they only have vanilla flavored silk, and you guys know that Brayden does not like vanilla!!! He did wake up and "play" for a long time about an hour ago. Here is a pic --

Hopefully I will update again today with a picture of me HOLDING him!!! If we can get the chest tube out soon (the big one, they say he has to keep the "grenade" in for a while).

Try not not get too discouraged, Krystal, if he has a few ups and downs(I know, easy for me to say:(). I imagine they are some what expected, although not any less frustrating/scary for you. Hopefully you'll get some cuddles & rocking in very soon and that will make you both feel better. I'll check in again later to see if there are any new updates.

We are so glad that Bray is doing well. We have all been praying for him and you 2 as well. We love you guys and can't wait til we can get the guat boys together again to play. Take care and let us know if you need anything!!

I am sure you have read enough of others experiences to know the ups-and -downs are par for the course.
Overall though, it sounds like things are still moving in a positive direction. Hnag in there. We will be looking for the next update.
What a strong and brave little Guy - he has been through soo much in his short little life - How blessed is he to be here with a Momma and Daddy to do whatever it takes to help him be healthy and grow up to the best of his abilites!
