There were some stacking blocks handed out to (or probably more like taken by) the children. Elviz is celebrating his block gathering victory . . . right in front of a poor little girl who is crying because she did not get any of them. I guess we know how Elviz is looking out for! 
It looks like the girls are trying to have a secret pow-pow here, and Gerson is trying to break into their inner circle!
